Plain, black coffee is actually fairly healthy, as long as you don’t overdose on the caffeine, and you should be able to get plain black coffee anywhere. Coffee only becomes unhealthy when you add all that sugar and cream and syrups and crap. And if you drink like 13 cups in a row, but that should be obvious.

Note: A small amount of sugar and cream won’t be too bad, as long as you don’t go overboard.

I drink 2-3 cups of coffee everyday.
i’ve heard that if you drink a lot of coffee, it stunts ur growth, but i think it’s not true, because i’m really tall (172cm), even if i was drinking coffe everyday for 8 years…

For caffeine to start having negative effects on any human body, you’ll need to drink LOADS of it. And if you’re used to this amount of caffeine, you’ve probably built a resistance to caffeine toxicity. 3 cups are no problem. Coffee is very beneficial, and tasty ;) So enjoy your coffee :P

current pop philosophy says yes…the caffeine gives the needed boost to sustain your workout. its not different than taking an energy shot like red bull, before working out. The only difference is, with coffee, your energy comes from caffeine and sugar, and with some energy shots, like the ones i like, the energy is generated by a B vitamin complex which burns your carbs off.

Drinking coffee once a week will not lead to addiction. You could have a cup a day and not be addicted.. You’re probably hearing some myths about coffee and caffeine that simply aren’t true. Your teeth will not become yellow as long as you follow a normal brushing routine, which you should be doing whether you drink coffee or not. Your breath will smell like coffee for a while after drinking it. If this bothers you, or those around you, eat a mint, chew some gum, or brush your teeth.
