My mom is geerally trying to make up all this stuff that coffee will stunt my growth despite the fact that i have drunk lots of coffee and i am 5 foot 10, i am 13, but can coffee do anything to my kidneys, which are in full health?

If your kidneys are working good, you have nothing to worry about. Healthy kidneys well filter just about anything you put in your mouth. I have failing kidneys, the doc’s tell me to limit my coffee intake to a cup a day. As bad as my kidneys are and I can still have a cup a day, you have nothing to worry about! Happy drinking!

how about a whole wheat english muffin if you have a toaster oven there? If you put a little cheese on it (protein) it will make you feel fluller longer and you’ll have whole grain too, which is good fiber.
