i never use to drink tea or coffee.but i have tasted it for a couple of times but i drink Milo(health drinks). what do you say for this?is it healthy to drink tea/coffee? If you all suggest me to drink tea/coffee, for the healthy purpose, i would surely start drinking it.So whats your suggestion?
thanks in advance:)

My suggestion, if you have not started to drink either tea or coffee, is simply, "Don’t!"

Both of them contain caffeine, which in the long run, is not good for you.

When I read the title of your question, "What are the good & healthy ingredients in tea & coffee?", the first thing which popped in my head was, "WATER!"

Nothing is better or healthier than water for your body. If you are thirsty, nothing quenches your thrist better than a glass of cool water. If you are in need of something warm, then you can also sip warm water. Add a slice of lemon or a spoonful of honey, for flavour and taste. Nothing is better than water.

Stay away from Tea or Coffee if you can. It will turn into a terrible addiction before you know it.

Every morning I have a few spoonfuls of instant coffee.
OBVIOUSLY NOT FOR BREAKFAST FOR A LITTLE HAPPY MORNING SNACK ON THE GO!

It has a lot of antioxidants so it is good for you….

One or two cups. Coffee does have some benefits but remember moderation because coffee also has many unhealthy side effects. (When is that not true?)

It says just 2 mix it with boiling water but It doesnt taste like regular instant coffee..It taste to powdery and it floats around like the other type of coffee..but It doesnt say its like those other coffee’s
These arint beans though, maybe this is just the way the coffee is suposed 2 be I have no idea lol

No, you need to buy a coffee maker. It generally tells you to put two tablespoons with 6 oz water to balance the flavor and aroma. I don’t think Chock Full O’ Nuts make instant kinds. They are require brewing time in the coffee maker.

Is it mostly from the caffeine itself? or from all those chemicals? have you noticed that you feel better if u’ve ever consumed organic coffee?

There is a recent study that says only if you drink TONS of coffee would it be a dehydrant. Otherwise, moderate amounts of both coffee and tea can supply your body much needed hydration.
