Are coffee, plums healthy?

Posted by: admin | Comments (1)

Hi,

I just wanna know how healthy or unhealthy is these the following:

Decaf coffee with creamer and no sugar.
I drink that almost daily, just wanna know is it a good antioxidant as what I heard? and how does antioxidants improve health?

Plums.
I heard that to eat in excess (like 3 or 4 daily) is bad for the stomach, is it true? and how good are plums?

THANKS for your time =)

Voffee isn’t good but it does no harm unless you abuse it.
Plums are good and you can eat more than 3 or 4.

In the McDonald’s ad running in New England for Newman’s Own organic coffee…the two characters rattle off a string of New England slang terms. I’m new to New England - what are all the local slang terms used in the commercial?

I can’t be sure, but…
1. Blizzard of… ? 78. (There was a large blizzard in 1978).
2. Newyorkachusetts? Connecticut.(the dividing line between the Red Sox and the Yankees).
3. Drinking fountain? Bubbler (a drinking fountain is also known as a bubbler).
4. DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION? The answer is ID.
5. Sprinkles or Jimmies? Jimmies (chocolate sprinkles are known as jimmies).
6. 5 inches of snow? Dusting (it snows so much in new england that 5 inches of snow is consider only a dusting).
7. Manhattan chowder? Never heard of it (New engladers are proud of their clam chowder and would never aknowledge some disgusting combination of clam chowder and tomato soup).

We’ve completed the formulation of our second generation of FDA registered Independent Consumer Laboratory Certified healthy coffees.
You may get a copy of the first generation free, an actual certified recipe for content after brewing (I do Not sell anything on my site) www.vitabrewcoffee.com
Enjoy, I would hope you come back for the next generation.

No, thank you very much, I prefer my coffee black, with nothing in it, not even vitamins and minerals.
