I have just recently started exercising and I had stopped drinking coffee for a week, but now I have just started back. I love the taste and it wakes me up in the morning. I exercise in the evening and I also drink protein shakes in the evening. I was taking amino acids and multi-vitamins in the morning, but I stopped because I thought that it would be too much on my kidneys. I think that if I drink eight or more glasses of water a day like I am supposed to, then I should be good. Thank you in advance!

Coffee is ok so long as you don't overdo it (i.e. 4 cups a day). And of course, it's much better with skim or low fat milk versus lots of cream and sugar. Also, try to drink something else with it for hydration, such as juice or iced tea, especially if taking a multi vitamin in the morning (forget the amino acids, they don't do anything). Drinking water throughout the day is a good idea so keep doing that too.

Make sure you're taking your protein shake at the appropriate time…right after you get out of the gym.

Both "organic coffee" and "green organic coffee" are grown organically. The difference is in the fact that the "green organic coffee" hasn't been roasted. Most often, coffee beans are roasted prior to being sold (this gives the coffee beans their brown to black color, aroma and taste). Some people like to roast their own beans and will buy them in their green state (essentially, raw), so they may do so. And, in case this was part of the intent of the question, "organic" means that it is grown naturally, without aid of chemicals and pesticides, and the like.

I need to know health benefits, price, and any other differences.

The only difference is the PRICE!!! there are no health benefits to having Organic anything. All food and drink is healthy to an extent.

There are the same vitamins and minerals in all foods no matter if they are labeled Organic, Natural, or not labeled. These are all in the same mg or grams of content just as long as you watch the amounts you are consuming.

Always go for Portion Control!!

What is the defenition of instant coffee?

Posted by: admin | Comments (7)

the coffee machine makes my coffee, but what is instant coffee?
and why are there so many people that dont like instant coffee?

instant coffee is coffee that is made very quickly with simply boiling water and an instant coffee pouch, but is typically not considered very tasty or of good quality…so people don't like it as much as fresh brewed coffee, which takes longer to make.

I would just like to know. I have a little bit of instant coffee, about 8 cups worth, and I have some coffee filters. I've seen people do it sometimes, but I don't drink coffee that often (I only like it cold). So how do I do it?

Just boil water, and add the coffee, you do not need the filters. In your case add ice to cool it off.
