Take two tbs of organic coffee and three cups of filtered water in a non aluminum pan . Bring to a boil for 5 min. let it steep for another 5min then strain .Add enough water to maintain 3cups .Cool to body Temperature . place in an enema bag and use . Try to hold for 10 to 20min. you can make up extra ahead of time and keep it in the frig but never use it cold or hot ;always around body temperature.
