Is it healthy to drink coffee everyday?

Posted by: admin | Comments (1)

Not in excess of course - just one glass. I love iced coffee, and I make it at home, so it’s really just water, semi-skimmed milk, a bit of maple syrup and (obviously) coffee grounds. Are there any health implications of me having a glass each day?

ahah Aww liz.. No one answered! =(
Well I used to drink a coffe a day too!
But not iced.. It just made me lazy..well
I think stupid really.. I wouldn’t pay attention in class..
I would sleep in class and stay up all night..I wouldn’t be able to
sleep When I’d sit down and do homework I just wouldn’t know what to do..
So I stopped drinking coffee and then I slowly went back to my normal habits
THE END

How to make coffee a little more healthy?

Posted by: admin | Comments (3)

I use cream and sugar in my coffee. I was going to stop using sugar but a co-worker said it would be smarter to cut out the creamer instead because it’s more fattening. Now I’m not sure what to do. So would cutting out the creamer or the sugar make your daily cup of coffee a bit more healthy?

If you want healthy coffee, you’re going to have to drink it black. I know you probably don’t like the taste, but it grows on you after the first cup. Give it a shot, you may just end up liking it.

I’ve just recently noticed that coffee helps me against my depression. Whenever i drink coffee i’m not feeling depressed for a couple of hours. I drink coffee once or twice every day. Is drinking coffee healthy or not?

Coffee is good, but adding cream and sugar raises your cholesterol.
