How to make coffee a little more healthy?
ByI use cream and sugar in my coffee. I was going to stop using sugar but a co-worker said it would be smarter to cut out the creamer instead because it’s more fattening. Now I’m not sure what to do. So would cutting out the creamer or the sugar make your daily cup of coffee a bit more healthy?
If you want healthy coffee, you’re going to have to drink it black. I know you probably don’t like the taste, but it grows on you after the first cup. Give it a shot, you may just end up liking it.

Cream does contain a lot of fat. You could try switching to non-fat milk and a more natural sweetener like honey.
