Does instant coffee have to be boiled to release the caffeine?
ByI thought the instant coffee would make a good pre-workout shake by blending it in with protein.
Technically, no. The caffeine will release when it reached the acid in your stomach. But more caffeine will be released if you use hotter water than is in your stomach.

It just has to be put in a liquid….it just disolves better in hot.

why anyone wants to drink instant coffee is beyond me, once you try freshly brewed coffee you will never, ever want to drink instant ever again, the difference is amazing, try it please
