Is a cup of coffee with milk every day healthy?
ByI’m so confused. Some say it’s beneficial, some say it put your body out of whack. I want to know the truth. I am fourteen years old and have been drinking coffee with milk ever since I was four or five.
haha, why not?

i’m not sure if it was that healthy to drink it when you were four or five, but it’s reported that drinking about 2-4 cups a day will help speed your metabolism
good luck

recent research has shown coffee to be surprisingly beneficial. the caffeine kick may help boost your focus, and antioxidants may help cleanse your system. and if you’re drinking it with milk, your probably adding a little extra calcium to your diet. i think that most things in moderation are perfectly okay.

I’ve never seen coffee advertised as good or bad for you.
"caffeine stunts growth" is a wive’s tale. (see link below)
Oddly, coffee appears to be the #1 source of anti-oxidants for the average American.

Caffeine obviously can affect your sleep habits and caffeine withdrawal is quite real. Very long document, but very informative http://www.caffeinedependence.org/caffeine_dependence.html
But used in moderation, you should be fine, even at 14 years old.
