Is it healthy to drink coffee regularly?
ByI drink about two cups of coffee a day, one in the morning when I have breakfast, and one decaf at night a few hours before bed. I have looked up some articles that say its healthy because of antioxidants but other articles say its bad for your cholesterol and heart, so I’m wondering if coffee is at all healthy.
when i got to 5 pots a day, i ened up w/ an ulcer. now i only have about 1/2 pot per say and function quite well…

One 8 oz cup of coffee daily is very good for you.

No coffee is almost similar to an energy drink but not so much sugar. If you use sweet and low in it that can cause cancer.

Coffee raises your heart rate and metabolism, too much coffee can make you feel groggy, but if you don’t have heart or blood pressure issues you should be ok to drink 1 to 2 cups a day. If you drink black coffee w/t sugar it is zero calories, plus it has antioxidants. I once lost five pounds in 2 months and the only change I did was drink more coffee.

For a lot of people, coffee is like the 2nd coming of Jesus. It helps them start their day and wake up to face their lives. But caffine is an actual drug like meth or coke. So if you do have coffee regularly, chances are you ARE an adict. Not that caffine is extremely dangerous, but like any harmful drug getting off of it is difficult, so perspective is the final judge.

Coffee considered to be healthy as long as you don’t drink too much.
I don’t think you need to worry about the two cups of coffee you are drinking.

Coffee - Friend or Enemy?
The key to good health is balance- so if you are a coffee fan, just make sure you keep a tab on how much you have. Its is healthy to drink coffee, but don’t drink to much since it can have a bad effect to your health.
