are there side effects of instant coffee?
Byi’ve been drinking about a cup of instant coffee daily for school. are there any side effects?
It’s just a weaker tasting, lower caffeine version of regular coffee. A cup a day shouldn’t affect anyone who isn’t overly sensitive to caffeine.
I don’t like the taste of instant, but it’s fine to drink; it just doesn’t have all the antioxidants of fresh.

you get adicted to somthing you dont need and coffee is unhelthy and keeps you up.

I drink it too… for years now and im fine so there aren’t any side effects, its just a drink

No side effects, I have been drinking 1-2 cups of coffee for the past 10 years on the daily basis & I am actually really healthy. Honestly, instead of poping some junk food in the mouth where you would get whole bunch of empty calories, you don’t get almost no calories (depends what coffee you make/buy).

One cup a day wont do you any harm at all.
