Does anyone have any ideas of something I can drink that is not soda, water, tea, or coffee that is healthy?
ByI am a huge soda drinker and I want to stay away from it.
I dislike tea and coffee and I am not a fan of drinking water. I try to drink water but the unflavorness just doesn't work out well.
Does anyone have any ideas of something I can drink that is a healthy alternative?

Yes. Drink smoothies…They are very good and they have a wide variety of nutrients and proteins. Also drink fruit juices like apple, orange, mango…ect..BUT STAY AWAY FROM PUNCH!!! Also carrot juice is VERY good for you…I guarantee that you will feel better then ever before If you drink carrot juice…It way not be the tastiest but it is extremely good for you. Drink soy milk. Not only is it tasty, but it is also very good for you! There are alot of choices other then these for healthy drinking!

Dasani has some great flavored waters that have no calories. The flavors are awesome and will help the flavorless water problem. You can drink juice, but make sure to follow the serving size on the label and only drink 1 serving size a day, since juice tends to have lots of sugars in it.

There is milk or some flavor of milk like chocolate. You could also try lemonade. There are also all kinds of stuff to add to water to make it taste better like lemonade powder you put in your water. You could also tryGatorade. Also a suggestion what I did when I wanted to stop drinking soda is i bought the little cans of soda the 100 calorie one and drink one every day until I got really sick of soda and have not drink it since.

Try crystal light or some other type of sugarless drink. My boyfriend is a diabetic and loves it. They have MANY flavor, all you need is a bottle of water or a pitcher and add the powder, or you can buy it already made.

Yeah, drink juice spritzers. Start with about half juice (real juice, not the juice cocktails) and half club soda, then alter the proportions to make it more to your liking. I typically like about 1/3 juice and the rest club soda, but with really sweet or strong juices I prefer just 1/4 juice.
It's fizzy and cold and sweet, and also a bit acidic depending on what kind of juice you use.

I buy flavored seltzers, if you have a Stop & Shop near you they make a good one which is store brand and comes in a million flavors. My favorite is apricot or kiwi strawberry. Zero calories and it tastes like fruity soda.
