Does coffee dehydrate skin? and how much do you think?
ByIs it mostly from the caffeine itself? or from all those chemicals? have you noticed that you feel better if u’ve ever consumed organic coffee?
There is a recent study that says only if you drink TONS of coffee would it be a dehydrant. Otherwise, moderate amounts of both coffee and tea can supply your body much needed hydration.

i live in coffee country and only drink good organic shade grown coffee, drink many cups a day
Coffee is just flavored water and does nor dehydrate the skin as far as i know .on the contrary it adds water to your body.
salt, calcium, poisons ,snake venom and drugs like amphetamines dehydrate
so does a fever
and some chemicals do
stick to organic shade grown coffee,
and live

I drink coffee quite a bit actually and have cut back. Besides my coffee cup is water. I always keep it here and fill up the water bottle a few times a day. I feel so much better when drinking water along with coffee.
Do not know if I ever bought, or tried any coffee from the grower?
