Is coffee healthy or unhealthy and why ?
By
coffee is healthy. in moderation. It is something that you can get addicted do, the caffeine. and of course black coffee is more healthy than something with ten spoon fulls of sugar in it, and a lot of creamer.
coffee is healthy in moderation because caffeine is a natural plant. It makes you happy :).

Generally a cup or 2 is alright as small amount of caffeine keeps u awake and increase metablic rate. But if u abuse it more than that then its a bad rating. So i should say its moderation in consumption

Coffee is not necessarily either, but it is slightly leaning towards the unhealthy side because it is addicting. Some people who have coffee every morning for like 7 years, and then if they don’t have it they will start to hyperventilate. I hope this doesn’t happen to you, haha. But some coffee iss fine:)

1 or 2 cups a day is ok for you, it can increase metabolic rate, but the caffine in coffee does not agree with everyone, if you find your heart starts racing and feel unwell switch to decaffinated.
the unhealthy part is the caffine and it can be a laxitive. If you drink too much coffee it can put stress on your heart and body x

a moderate amount of two cups is okay. If you drink more than 3 cups a day, it can cause lt’s of problems with your body such as difficulty to sleep (insomnia), abnormal function of the nerves, dizziness, and fertility.
